Are your products vegan, organic, and non-GMO?

Yes! We have a product legend for each product on our website that will indicate if it is vegan, made without preservatives, made without gluten, organic, and other information!

Do your products expire?

Most products have a 2 year shelf-life. Please check each product for specific dates as applicable.

Does Euka test on animals? Is Euka cruelty free?

Euka only works with suppliers who do not perform animal testing. We do not test our finished products on animals and do not ask others to do so. We also will not work with any distributor unless they agree that they will never test our products on animals.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, the majority of our packaging is, please refer to the recycle icon on each piece of applicable packaging.

Do you manufacture your own product?

We are partnered with premium, US-based manufacturers to produce our products using our proprietary, doctor-formulated blend of ingredients.

Is Euka safe for children?

Euka products are designed for adults but many are safe for children. Please consult the labels of each product and a doctor as necessary prior to use by children.

Is Euka safe for pets?

Euka products are designed for humans and are not recommended for use on pets. Please store all products in a safe manner away from pets.

Can I take it with medication?

How do I manage my subscription?

Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?

Orders typically take one business day to process before leaving our warehouse. Once your package is assigned tracking information, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number!

How much does shipping cost?

For orders to the Contiguous United States: We offer free shipping for orders at or above $20, otherwise shipping and handling is $1.50 + tax.

For orders to the Non-Contiguous United States: We offer shipping at a flat rate of $40.00 for all orders.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 U.S. States, as well as American territories and Armed Forces addresses. We do not ship internationally just yet.

Cancels & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

It’s no biggie if you want to cancel your order! We just have to make sure your order has not been packaged yet, which is typically within 1-2 business days from order date. If it has already been packaged, it is too late to cancel. You can learn more by emailing or messaging us on the site.

One of my items is missing/damaged! My order is incorrect.

We stand by all of our products, so if an item is damaged or incorrect, we will make it right. Please fill out our contact form or email us at with your order number and photos of your products and their packaging, and we’ll be sure to get you sorted out.

What's your return policy?

You are our first priority. No questions asked. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. To set up a return, please contact us at

Can I exchange for another product?

We do not currently allow exchanges for another product, only an exchange for the same product if damaged, or a return.
